My colleague and I mentioned that after reboots of a macOS device, IntuneMDMDaemon can not detect already installed applications. This leads to a re-installation of applications assigned to the user/device with a 'required' intent.

My colleagues recently discovered that users can not connect to Palo Alto Global Protect when using a Mac. After some tests we could nail it down that this only affects users that are using a Personal Hotspot via an iPhone that uses the carrier T-Mobile Germany. Other SIMs by other carriers in the same iPhone worked just fine.

I mentioned that during enrollments of Macs with macOS 14.x the installation for applications is stopping without any obvious reason. I started analysing what could be the problem and found an interesting workaround for this behaviour. In the article you can find the steps I took and a script to mitigate this until it is fixed.
